EUROPGEN comments on the European Commission’s decision to draft a Delegated Act, to amend the Annex III of the OND.

Summary: EUROPGEN requests the European Commission include mitigating provisions in any delegated act to ensure that product that would be found compliant under the current Annex III continues to be compliant under a modified Annex III.

Summary: EUROPGEN recognised the conclusions of the above noted report, which provides a clear statement of the status of the OND. EUROPGEN notes that there may be consideration of the use of a Delegated Act for revision of the OND

Summary: The ODELIA draft report proposes to move water pump units from Art. 13 to Art. 12 with application of very low limits.

Summary: EUROPGEN has observed that some of the >400kWe data within the NOISE database, used as reference by Odelia, may be incorrectly represented

Summary: This position paper intends to highlight some potential concerns with the noise limit values proposed within the consultation work completed to date (i.e. WG7 report, NOISE/13/01/2 rev.1)
